All transactions are conducted in GBP (£) and are subject to UK law.

All products are subject to availability. Emperor Nael operates on a limited-production model, meaning stock quantities are intentionally restricted. We do not guarantee restocking of any item and reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. While we endeavour to accurately represent each item, slight variations in colour may occur due to photography and screen calibration differences.

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable UK VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We accept all major credit and debit cards via our payment provider. Emperor Nael does not store payment card details on our systems.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund. You will be notified promptly should this occur.

An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract between you and Emperor Nael is formed only upon dispatch of the goods and issuance of a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for reasons of suspected fraud, stock inaccuracies, or errors in pricing or product descriptions.

All content on this website — including but not limited to brand identity, photography, typography, copy, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Emperor Nael and is protected under applicable UK and international copyright and trademark law.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, republished, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emperor Nael shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
